How to View a Copy of the Survey

Review copies of the 2010 surveys are available to all district superintendents and to principals of all schools with an eligible grade (6, 8, 10, or 12). To arrange to view a copy, please contact your superintendent or the principal of a school in your area with an eligible grade.

The Health Youth Survey 2008 may be downloaded from this page. The Healthy Youth Survey 2010 will be similar to the 2008 version:
