If you are/were unable to attend the K-20 Survey Coordinator Training
Please review Survey Coordinator training materials, including:
Complete the
Survey Coordinator Exercise
and email your answers to: healthy.youth@doh.wa.gov
Once we receive your completed exercise, we will send you the answer key and a certificate
to confirm that you completed the training required for survey coordinators.
